  • Company History

Cosmetic aficionados and makeup junkies are experiencing history in the making and a revelation in beauty™ with ERA® FACE spray on foundation from Classified Cosmetics™.

For centuries, people have strived to achieve a perfect makeup application. Recently, "airbrushing" has been one of the hottest beauty trends of the 21st century. Makeup artists have caused a stir by using an airbrush machine to apply makeup on client faces for television, movies and photo shoots. These airbrush machines are expensive to purchase, maintain and use, making them a non-practical tool for the everyday consumer.

In 1996, Yolanda Halston, professional makeup artist and creator/founder of Classified Cosmetics™, became aware of a growing need that sparked her interest. At the time, women who had undergone cosmetic laser procedures were unable to satisfactorily use standard makeup base (foundation). The products used would not adhere to slick, newly healing skin and common ingredients found in most foundations actually counteracted the laser procedures by drying the skin and causing new wrinkles.

After five years of development, Yolanda's curiosity and determination, combined with her expertise, resulted in her creation of the secret beauty tool women worldwide had been waiting for... the first and only "airbrush" makeup foundation, packaged in an ultra-light 2.25oz aerosol canister, that is sprayed directly onto the skin through a revolutionary, patent pending delivery system.

Classified Cosmetics™ officially launched ERA® FACE Thanksgiving weekend, 2001, as the first prestige line of specialty formulated cosmetics to make modern technology beautifully quick and simple.

In a matter of seconds, ERA® FACE not only addresses the original needs of women who have undergone expensive cosmetic procedures, but it also gives mainstream consumers the remarkable gift of a "flawless," sheer and natural look that is virtually mistake-proof.

The future of makeup is yours with ERA® FACE spray on foundation and the upcoming ERA® line additions scheduled to debut in Spring 2002.
